Here's a pic of the saddle creek itself, all I can remember that day is how green the forest was and how blue the sky and it was only in the high seventies, with a slight breeze, so it was really perfect for hiking.

Some of the protected plant life.  There is always something blooming in FL, no matter what time of year it is.

This is a little clearing that goes right down to the lakeside.  I like the way the sun bounces off the lake with the incoming breeze just causing a slight ripple.

This is us just getting back to where we started.  I wonder who has that really cool looking big white pickup??
