Coopies and his wee brother Gizmo are pictured here beside (and on) the
big 1000 year old big live oak at Highlands
Hammock State Park. We had a good time there this weekend.

Well, it's coming up for Halloween, and we were at our
favorite park this week when Cooper got the idea that maybe we should go
natural with this year's costumes. So here we have our sixties hippy
look using some spanish moss from one of the big live oaks down there.

Cooper and Angus were very happy that I managed to take
them down to Saddle Creek Park this last weekend. It's always
nice to see the doggies get on well with each other. Of course,
hiking in the parks is just our favorite thing to do.

So the weekend after thanksgiving brings some holiday joy
to Coop and Gizz..........they get to find a new park to explore in Polk
County. Here they are at the Kicco wildlife management area near the
banks of Kissimmee river. They had a great time exploring their new
park especially as the weather was just perfect for hiking.
