Our first proper visit to Payne's Creek State Park since the hurricanes closed it down. Giz and Coop being cute as usual.  This is the site of the fort.

OK so it's two weeks in a row now without the Cooper Dog in the main homepage pic.  This is his big brother Angus enjoying some special one-to-one time with his daddy down Peace River Park.  It was a beautiful day.

We went down to Alafia River State Park this weekend, since it was one of the few nearer ones that was open.  It was very hot for October, and for some reason Cooper just  wanted to make this really funny face.

So this is us getting back to normal, after getting toasted by some hurricanes.  Peace River Park was open again and the boys were so glad to get back to sunshine, blue skies and lots of room to run around..

Trying to get into Payne's Creek this weekend to let a rescued turtle into the wild, but in a protected environment.  The Park was closed but we went in anyway.  Coop looks so proud of himself for being a good boy
