OK, so I took  vacation this week and Cooper was all for it.  He reckoned we should find/visit 5 new parks over the next five days.  We surpassed ourselves and just today, Monday, went to six new parks.  Just click on the pics above to go to their pages.

Gizmo and Mr. Cooper taking an early morning walk right around Lake Wales.  It's been a while since we done this and it was really enjoyable.  This is an area where we wouldn't mind moving to.  It has a nice atmosphere to it.

Here are the boyz down in Saddle Creek Park on July 4th, celebrating getting back into the parks and having a proper 3 mile hike after their Daddy being sick for the last two weeks.  We got up real early and got here just after sunrise, when it was still a lot cooler.

Angus and Gizmo helping me map out the trails around Gizmo Lake in Loyce E Harpe Park.  Gizmo said if it's my lake, then ya gotta have a squirrel pic on the home page, and Angus agreed.  This lake is a bit bigger than Lake Angus and it will take us a few weeks to get it all mapped out properly and do the virtual tours, but we're up for the challenge.
