Cooper and I like to go to the
different kinds of parks, environmental preserves and wildlife
management areas near where we live, it's our
regular weekend and weekday activity when I'm off work. During the
weekdays we limit ourselves to primarily Saddle Creek Park, Lake Menzie
Park, Hillochee Osprey Unit, Tenoroc Fish
Management Area or South Lake
Howard Park, just because of proximity. At the weekend we'll
head off in the truck together, with usually another dog or two, maybe even
a human and go
exploring. Sometimes we'll just take off for a part of Central Florida
that we've not been to before and see what we can find, or else we'll go
back to some of the parks we like the most. So far we've limited
ourselves to about 100 miles radius around the city of Winter Haven, where
we live.
